The Importance of having Employees who LOVE coming to Work

Do your employees WANT to be there at work? Do they love coming to work for you and your company? Is your company mission and vision so compelling to them that they jump out of bed to come work for you?


Or... are they just there, because you expect them to be there, because you are paying them a wage?



Hiring employees that love their job is not an easy thing to do. Finding the match between employer and employee is vital in business growth. How can you as an employer provide a work environment that inspires and motivates employees so they LOVE coming to work for you? If you don't provide this environment, you may be losing great employees.

You need to design an engaging environment, so be sure the workplace as well as the mission and vision for the company and the employees are a match.


Create a Magnetic Work Environment

If your employees are looking at the clocks 10-15 minutes or an hour or two before quitting time, perhaps either you need to change the situation or they need to look for a new occupation. When people are not happy and energized, they are a drain on others and everything around them.
